About Us
We built the tools we wished existed.
NodeSaver is an independent Australian savings hub — free calculators and practical guides to help everyday Australians spend less and keep more.
§ Our Story
NodeSaver started with a simple frustration: Australian financial information is scattered, jargon-heavy, and usually attached to something trying to sell you a product.
We wanted a single place where you could find out what your salary actually pays after tax, whether an EV saves money in your state, how much stamp duty you'll owe on that house, and whether switching energy providers is actually worth the hassle — all in one place, all for free, without handing over your email address first.
So we built it. NodeSaver runs on state-by-state data from the ATO, RBA, AEMO, state revenue offices and the Bureau of Meteorology. Every number has a source and a date. If something is wrong, we fix it the same day.

Every calculator uses publicly available datasets from authoritative Australian sources: ATO, RBA, AER, state revenue offices, RACQ, FuelCheck and the Bureau of Meteorology. We refresh these datasets monthly, with the source and last-updated date printed on every page.
Our guides are built on published reports and data archives from organisations including Google Flights, Expedia, and the Australian Energy Regulator. We cite sources inline. We don't publish claims we can't back up.
